1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Method Formula (the “Service”), operated by The Mind Artists, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Method Formula provides online coaching curriculum, AI-assisted tools, community access, and an all-in-one business platform. We may update, add, or remove features over time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership.
4. Trial, membership & billing
New members may start a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel during the trial, your membership continues at €297 per month (or the annual rate, where offered) and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first membership payment — contact us within 14 days for a full refund of that payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider; applicable taxes may be added.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse engineering, reselling access, scraping, abusing AI features, or using the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
6. Intellectual property
Course content, software, and materials are owned by The Mind Artists or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-transferable use. Content you create remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business or income results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Mind Artists is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
